She joined APG in Hong Kong in 2018. Sarah relocated to Singapore in January 2023 to help build out APG\u2019s new office, with a specific focus on South and Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah is responsible for executing investment and asset-management strategies in the Asia Pacific region. She has a wide-ranging investment track record within real estate, across mainstream sectors (office, residential, logistics and retail) and alternative sectors (such as data centres and private debt).<\/p>\n<p>Sarah has over 12 years\u2019 experience in the real estate and funds management industry. Prior to joining APG, Sarah was Assistant Portfolio Manager for Savills Investment Management in both Hong Kong and London. Sarah holds a Masters in Real Estate, Economics &amp; Finance (with Distinction), a First Class Honours from the University of Durham and is a Chartered Surveyor.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-304513\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mingtiandi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/APG-logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"229\" height=\"143\" \/>APG Asset Management is one of the largest pension investors in the world and a leading global, long-term investor.
